The Walk of Hope is the largest event in Canada dedicated to raising funds for ovarian cancer. Together, participants from coast to coast will come together with one shared purpose: to move ovarian cancer research, advocacy, and support forward.

JUST ANNOUNCED: 2026 Team Contest
Every new teammate makes a difference and could bring your team one step closer to winning an exclusive Lunch and Learn with an ovarian cancer expert, hosted by Ovarian Cancer Canada!
From August 11–31, 2026 every participant earns one contest entry when they:
- Register for the 2026 Ovarian Cancer Canada Walk of Hope and join a team
- AND raise or self-donate $25 or more
