Karen Campbell Award for Research Excellence
The Karen Campbell Award for Research Excellence recognizes Canadian research that has had a significant impact on the understanding, future research and treatment of ovarian cancer.
Award recipients include the following Canadian researchers:
- 2017 – Dr. Patricia Tonin, Full Professor at McGill University, Senior Scientist and Associate Leader of the Cancer Research Program at the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre. To learn more, read Karen Campbell Award presented to researcher focused on genetics.
- 2015 – Dr. Barbara Vanderhyden, Corinne Boyer Chair in Ovarian Cancer Research at the University of Ottawa, and Senior Scientist at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute. To learn more, read Galvanizing the research community.
