CEO Blog: Move the Needle on Ovarian Cancer Worldwide

In Canada, we’ve built a community of women and advocates that have been learning more about the disease, speaking publicly about it and from personal experience, supporting each other, and coming together as a powerful collective that eventually compelled our government to commit $10 million in new funding for ovarian cancer research. This is progress. This is a step in the right direction. But like many advocates, I still feel a sense of urgency.
