The Peggy Truscott Award of Hope celebrates and acknowledges the dedication of individuals or groups who volunteer to support the mission of Ovarian Cancer Canada.
Named after Peggy Truscott, a powerhouse volunteer and founder of the Ovarian Cancer Canada Walk of Hope, the Award recognizes involvement, contributions and/or achievements within the community of the recipients.
While one recipient was recognized annually from 2004 until 2019, beginning in 2020 the award was expanded to honour outstanding volunteers from regions across the country.
