The personal health information collected in this activity is used solely to help you have an effective conversation with your family doctor about ovarian cancer. Your information is temporarily stored in a secure, 3rd party server in Quebec, and manually deleted every 14 days. If you provide your email address, OCC may use it to communicate with you as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from email communications at any time.
